Energy Transitions SAS ESP has been directly involved in the comprehensive support of new and existing Oil and Gas production assets, aiming to increase the country’s supply.
As part of this, Energy Transitions SAS ESP provided full advisory services to the multinational NG ENERGY INT CORP (www.ngenergyintl.com), offering end-to-end logistical and operational support to identify the best strategy for monetizing its natural gas production.
TECHNICAL-COMMERCIAL CONSULTING SERVICE AND PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY TO PRODUCE IN THE MARÍA CONCHITA GAS BLOCK
Energy Transitions SAS ESP provided advisory services for the commercialization and logistics of natural gas in the development of the María Conchita Block, ensuring compliance with current regulations. This consulting service included:

CONTRACT FOR DESIGN, ENVIRONMENTAL LICENSING PROCEDURES, AND CONNECTION POINT FOR A 15KM GAS PIPELINE
Energy Transitions SAS ESP carried out the conceptual design and managed the environmental licensing for the construction of the connection pipeline linking the wells in the María Conchita Block to the National Transportation System operated by TGI. Additionally, we handled the approvals and construction processes for the connection point (entry point) to the Ballena-Barrancabermeja pipeline, also operated by TGI.
